Quietly, We Meet Again

2018年〜2019年にかけて、当時写真家だったAhida Agirreとエディターの卵だったYukari Tsukaharaは東京で出会った。
Yukariがモデルとなり、家や近所の公園、何気ない街角など、日常の延長線上にある身近な場所で撮影を重ねながら、二人はゆっくりと互いの感覚を共有していった。

時は経ち7年後、Ahidaがスタイリストに転身し、彼女のボーイフレンドでディレクター・写真家のAndreas Bjørsethとともに東京に戻ってきた。

再会の舞台となったのは、中野に佇む静謐な平屋。異なる場所でそれぞれの時間を積み重ねてきた二人が、静かな光やさりげない仕草のなかで
変わってしまったものと、変わらず残り続けているものを見つめながら、親密な物語を紡いでいく。

In 2018 and 2019, then-photographer Ahida Agirre and aspiring editor Yukari Tsukahara met in Tokyo,
creating images together in the quiet intimacy of everyday life. At home, in nearby parks, and within familiar corners of the city,
Yukari stepped in front of Ahida’s camera as the two slowly built a shared visual language.

Seven years later, Ahida returns to Tokyo as a stylist alongside her boyfriend, director and photographer Andreas Bjørseth.
Reunited inside a quiet Japanese house in Nakano, they reflect on the years that have passed and the lives shaped along the way.

Through soft light and quiet gestures, the story captures the tenderness of reconnecting
— discovering how much has changed, yet how much remains the same.
